Help! I found a baby bird!!!?

From what i have read it is a fledgling or something. It fell out of the nest in my tree. It isnt abandoned bc the parent just came and fed it, but will the parent be able to get it back into the nest? Should i like use a container and put it back? I know not to touch it, and i am watching it so nothing eats it.
