How to help a baby bird thats fallen from a nest its leg is very hurt and swollen!!!!!?

Please someone help its leg bone is sticking out and its leg is super swollen and and all yellow!!!!!! And we can't afford a vet and if we do take it to a vet they will proboble put it to sleep and kill it!!!!!! SOMEONE PLEEEAAASE HELP!
