How do i take care of this baby bird?!?

this morning a tiny little baby bird fell out of its nest and i found it on the driveway. it is really young, and it barley even has feathers yet. i put it in a shoebox with some tissue paper and i gave it some water. i also fed it worms, and it seemed to like them. am i going about this the right way?!
