My first time mom didnt have any surviving bunnies can i go ahead and cl3ean out nesting box now?

all of the babies were dead. some she didnt even get out of the sack. i just left her to do her own work but as a first time mom she didnt. just wondering if it was ok to clean box now as she may have more later but box is pretty dirty from the birthing of her 6.
