Wha words mean that a person takes what is said & really embodies it?

I am reading a long message from somoene from an on-line group. I want to tell this person that I am listening & using what he is saying. Now when I leave an environment that I am in right now & go into another environment it is going to be more difficult. I want to give a message of appreciation for what he has stated. I want to agree with what he is saying. I also want to show that it is easier to impliment in a better environment which I am in right now. I will got back to a different environment & that will make it really tough yet I will try to use it. Thank you.
